Program description

The BuiltBloom Home SMS Program is an optional text messaging program for homeowners in the Home Services space. Subscribers receive a separate, optional SMS enrollment choice for improvement ideas, remodeling content, maintenance resources, project updates, and requested notifications related to interior upgrades, kitchens, bathrooms, paint, flooring, fixtures, repairs, and preventive maintenance. BuiltBloom Home is a homeowner resource and is not a contractor or service provider.

Message categories

• Account Notifications: Enrollment confirmations, request acknowledgments, reminders you ask for, and preference updates.
• Marketing: Improvement inspiration, remodeling ideas, maintenance resources, seasonal projects, and planning tools.

Each category requires its own consent. You may join one, both, or neither.

Opt-in method

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking an unchecked SMS consent box on our contact page or its sign up page. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Your first message identifies BuiltBloom Home, confirms the category selected, and includes frequency, rate, HELP, and STOP information. Sample first messages:

• BuiltBloom Home: Account notifications are on. We'll confirm enrollment, acknowledge requests, send reminders you ask for, and share preference updates. We are not a contractor. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
• BuiltBloom Home: You're subscribed to home improvement texts (ideas, maintenance resources, seasonal projects, planning tools). We are not a contractor. Up to 4 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

• Account Notifications: Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing: Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "BuiltBloom Home: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP instructions

Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive: "BuiltBloom Home: Help with the BuiltBloom Home SMS Program. Email support@builtbloomhome.com or call +1 (307) 613-0156. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.
